A Little Bit Of...The Hunger Games!

Hey It's Hannie, sorry I haven't been around for some time, I was sick but today we're doing two movies so yay! Let's start...
The Hunger Games (1)

This one is really the back story of Katniss, and it's full of a lot of coincidences like when Prim gets scared and Katniss tells her, her name is only in once and then she all of the sudden got picked. Like really? Is that really going to happen?-Rhetorical question. It has a lot of action and suspense yet isn't scary at all, but the only part I have to criticize is, WHY DID RUE HAVE TO DIE!!!!!! I know a huge spoiler but I can't help myself. Anyway what was the point of that, it didn't have any effect on anything that happened! Yeah some people broke out but then they pretty much got abused by the Peace Keepers and had to stop! This is my fav movie out of the two so far and between you and me I'm totally team Peeta! Finally I shall rate it 1000000/10 crying Rues :'(
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

This one is awesome! All the different victors back in battle and it also reveals more not only about Katniss but other characters too so that's cool. This one's a bit more harsh so isn't suitable for the younger end of the line and if you do, you have been warned. It shows how people have grown up and matured (Prim) and how people have just stayed the same, (Peeta) like really. He is soooo annoying in the games he just always has to die and then come back to life! However Katniss kicks ass in this movie and I can't wait until the next movie! I would rate this 1000/ 10 Mocking Jays, (see what I did there?)

A little bit of...John Green!!!

Yaaaaaaaa oh yeah we are at the time that everyone has always been waiting for like forveeeeeeeer. IT'S ALIYO-YO REVIEWING TFIOS AND PAPER TOWNS!!!!!!!!!! (The book versions) ok. Just to let you know, I won't spoil the ending for you because...
1. I'm not a human spoiler alert.
2. This is the ONE book where everyone is just like 'OMG OMG OMG OMG DONT TELL ME THE ENDIIIIIIIIIIING!!!! So yeah.
3. I hate human spoiler alerts.
4. Just for them three people that know who they are (everyone else is probably really confused) Yo quiero marcha marcha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So yea. I'm doing paper towns first. Because I'm doing best till last. You gotta admit. Everyone knows that tfios is better.

So anyway...

-Paper Towns!

Paper towns is an engaging novel told from the perspective if a boy called Quentin or 'Q'. Now Q's next door neighbour goes to the same school, but hasn't socialised with him since they both proved witness a dreadful scene at the age of ten. This is all momentarily changes when Margo (the neighbour) comes knocking at the window, requesting Q's help. Q helps her, but at what price?

Age range: I would rate this for readers aged 12-18, depending on their maturity level. I'd say the average age to read this would be 14.

Characters: The characters we meet are different from most as:
1. They are not fairy tale perfect characters: they swear, etc.
2. They are not going through a fairy tale love story. Not telling you why though!
3. They do normal things. Like, bath. I know that's a weird thing to put in a book review, but it's true.
Also, you somehow managed to become fully indulged in the character's life as they don't do what you want them to you and you're just like do it or I'll kill you in your sleep. Like that clown on the Instagram post that's really fake.

Rating: I love this book, but in some parts you can't really connect. 9/10!!!

The fault in our stars!!!! (Tfios)

I don't know where to start. Tfios is a tear invoking novel that leads you through the life of two cancer patients and their gripping, imperfect romance. Meet Hazel and Augustus, two teenagers that are far from perfection, but still manage to tell a beautiful, true to life romance, of which we can all relate to some aspects, despite not going through the situation ourselves. This story is narrated by Hazel Grace Lancaster, a cancer patient who appears to have nothing to work for in life, and sees herself as a threat to herself, and others around her. This is until Hazel meets Augustus at support group. As their love grows stronger, their life grows weaker. Will they survive?

Age range: Ok, apart from the occasional swear, it's actually of. I'd rate it 12 and up still though, because it requires a strong understanding.

Characters: The beauty of the characters in tfios is that they're so...normal. You can completely relate to Hazel and Gus and Isaac, which is rare in books. They're not sympathy-seekers, and they're hilarious. They're...just...human. But despite all of this, their amazing tale holds breathtaking moments that are more than hard to imagine. They have a love stronger than all others despite their weaknesses. They are truly inspirational characters who have made every teen acknowledge the effects of cancer and how truly anyone is eligible to have cancer.

Rating: I don't even know if I have to say this. It would be a crime to not say 10/10, and I would never even consider it. Like, damn, this is the best book...it deserves it's place at number 1. 1000000000000000000000000000000/10

If you don't know who this is...HAVE YOU BEEN LIVING UNDER A ROCK ALL YOUR LIFE! You can either love him or hate him, he's basically a gamer/vlogger/random other stuff kinda dude from Sweden. But be warned he's a massive horror fan. He's my favorite youtuber (in comments below, bring the love) and he includes his personal life as well which is nice. His over the top reactions and lovable character make him an excellent person to be on my list. By the way I'm not gonna make these long because I have a lot of them! I rate him 10/10.

CutiepieMarzia
The girlfriend of Pewdiepie, and the girl with an awesome name. She does beauty, collabs (mainly with poods) and random shiz, she's from Italy and got introduced to poods by one of his vids. She has the coolest voice ever and I watch every single vid she puts on youtube. She also loves horror like poods. I rate her 9/10.
Zoella
One of the largest beauty youtubers on youtube, it's against the law not to check out her channel. She does vlogs/collabs and of course beauty. She has a boyfriend who is also big on youtube and also like poods and Marzia got introduced on youtube (youtube is a magical place). She has 2 guinea pigs called Pippin and Percy (I think?) Overall I rate her 9/10 because I can't really relate to her for some reason?
Pointless Blog Aka Alfie Deyes

The boyfriend of Zoella and did I mention Zalfie (Zoella and Alfie) are like best friends with poods and Marzia. So pretty cool, anyway he does gaming/collabs and random stuff. Zalfie are so cute together! No joke and I hope it never comes to an end. The only thing that annoys me is Alfie's huge eyebrows, he needs to get them sorted out. I'll rate him 8/10.
Sprinkle of Glitter

Chummy of Zoella, she has a husband called Matt (not a youtuber) and a cute little toddler named Darcy. She's full of funny and awkward situations that we can all relate too and she's really good friends with Danisnotonfire, explain him later, which is awesome! Even though Zoella has got the coolest life ever ( not saying she doesn't have rough times or hating on Sprinkle of Glitter) but I like and relate to Louise's vids better. Rating- 10/10.
Marcus Butler

Marcus Butler (or ButtButt) has literally the most amazing hair do ever, however he's most known for his butt? Like everyone actually says it friends, best friends, creepy stalkers. But I will never admit to it, this is getting weird now isn't it yeah we should move on. He does collabs mainly but other stuff too, how many times have I said but or butt now? He's cool and has a girlfriend on youtube who only just started posting vids and they're great!. 8.5/10.
Thatcher Joe

The brother of Zoella who does AMAZING accents. He should be an impersonator or something! He does collabs yet again and....this is getting tiring...other stuff! By the way did I tell you youtube is put into sections, like there's the cool group: Zoella, Thatcher Joe, Marcus Butler, Pewdiepie, Marzia etc...the awkward group: DanIsnotOnFire, AmazingPhil etc (Sprinkle of Glitter is in both the cool group and awkward group) and the popular yet not so popular group: It's way past my bedtime, Emma Blackery etc. Rating 8/10.

He's the most awkward and unsociable person you will ever meet and he will still make you lol while doing it! He's absolutely one of my favorite youtubers but he hardly ever posts anything :(...are sad faces out of trend now? I don't know. Rating 9.5/10.
AmazingPhil

The BFF of Dan he's the nice one, he has never left Dan's side and is the most sweetest thing ever! Is this weird considering he's like 10 years older than me? By the way that was a rhetorical question, don't answer! I don't want to feel ashamed of myself...again. 9/10.
It's way past my bedtime

Now even though she's famous, I'll tell you why in a sec, she's hardly known and she's the sister of Tom Fletcher, TOM FLETCHER....FROM MCFLY!!!! Like how is that not cool. She is in the theater business and I think in Les Miserab on theater played the snobby little rich girl that fell in love with the boy, search her up! I can't be bothered. Rating 7.5/10.
Kick the PJ

He's the good friend of Dan and Phil, he's super artistic and creative in his videos and shocks me every time but I've kinda stopped watching them now because I'm not really into them but that doesn't mean you shouldn't! Check him out! Rating: 9/10
Crabstickz

The other friend of Dan, Phil and PJ is crabstickz he is a born comedian and makes me lol every time, but he's kinda stopped posting vids which is really sad. But you can check out his past vids, rating 9/10.
Caspar Lee

Caspar, Caspar, Caspar everyone calls him the youtube *rude word* but it's all a lie just joking around. He seems like a really nice bloke (never met him) and he's hilarious, he has a girlfriend called Gabby and she seems nice as well. Rating 10/10.
Graveyard girl

She is famous for her 'Does this thing really work?' videos and they're really good, her style is unique and she also gives a sliver of her past life which is nice. She does beauty and vlogging and other stuff too, and she's good friends with Marzia as well. Rating 9/10.
Bubzbeauty


Bubz is sooooo cooollllllllllll, she's Irish but lives in Hong Kong with her husband and a baby boy on the way. She does fashion, beauty, vlogs, hauls and even baby hauls! She does vlogs every other day on her vlogging channel and is a lovely person even though she's a bit inappropriate at times lol. Rating 10/10.
Michelle Phan

Michelle Phan is HUGE on youtube but is also HUGE on the outside world, she has her own makeup brand which is flying off the shelves because she only started as a youtuber. She's an inspiration to so many people and just by watching one of her videos you'll want to make a change in your life for the better. Rating 10/10.
Fine bros

Fine bros are two brothers who mainly make reaction vids for elders, kids, teens and other fellow youtubers from famous songs, youtubers, vines etc. They make an amazing yet same outcome every day, they make someone smile, feel better inside which may sound cheesy but it's true and personally to me that's the best change for the better that you can do for the world. Rating 9/10.
Prank VS Prank

This is a couple who pull pranks on each other constantly, the opposite person hides a camera, pulls the prank and if they succeed not only do they put it on youtube but they win that challenge and then its the other persons turn. It's like a game if catch, almost never ending however all things must come to am end sadly. Rating 8/10.

This man runs on sarcasm and irony, he always cracks me up but sometimes I wish he got serious and would grow up a bit, I know this is probably a front to the audience but I would like to know what he is really like or what he was like. Rating 9/10.
Joey Graceffa












He's is so funny and is famous for his collabs with so many people, and of course his cover songs. He's really good friends with the cool group because he's in it and has an amazing talent of socializing wit people and obviously has an amazing singing voice. Rating 9/10.
Tyler Oakly
 

Tyler and Joey are good friends and Tyler knows how to PARTYYY! He does great Q and As and is in the cool group. He mainly sticks with Joey but can easily go solo because he is a free man. He always makes me smile so go and see his vids. Rating 10/10.
Kingsley 

Kingsley is HILARIOUS, he has a gift. Omg there is no way you can't let out a giggle from one of his videos, but they do have some mature language which I would back away from if you're too young. Did I just say that? In kid language that's like 'Go see Kingsley, he has candy!!!!' Nooooo, now it makes him sound like a creep, HE IS NOT A CREEP! Okay moving on, rating 10/10.
Superwoman 

I already gave you a link on my friends part 2 blog of her, so what the hell you thinking missing my blog! But I forgive you, Superwoman literally speaks out to the world for girls who cannot speak, she makes others understand how we feel. She is the one. Her vids literally make you say "OMG, I TOTS DO THAT!" *In snobby little Wild Child British accent*. If you do not know what Wild Child is...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Anyway back to superwoman, rating 10/10.
Tanya Burr

Tanya Burr is the sweetest, most kindest person you'll ever meet. No joke. Plus she's not like some of those youtubers who have vegetable smoothies for breakfast (no offence Joey) but actually would rather have sweeties! Like really who would pick a vegetable smoothie over a packet of sweets? Some weird person?
